I waited two weeks for my appointment. My appointment time was at 9:30am and I waited till 12:00pm to be taken back to a room where I waited another 45 minutes or so until I was seen. The P.A. was fine answered my questions. He told me I needed two prescriptions and they were going to call them in to my pharmacy. The Pharmacy only had one prescription. So I called the office and they said they would let him know. Now the waiting game. No call back . I called again and again. To see what can I do. Now they put me on hold till I can't take it and hang up. I stay on hold for 30 mins or so. I called my insurance and they called for me. They had the same problem being transferred and no one answering the call. I just want my Meds. They P.A. forgot, I get it but they could help.

The doctor is good. New offices are nice. But the main problems with him persist: it is not easy to get an appointment, the staff is stressed and therefore sometimes not friendly and waiting times are excruciating. My main concern and the reason I won't recommend and I switched is that is impossible to get in contact with the doctor in emergencies. If you are lucky, you may receive a call back 3 days later but most probably you won't. This is not acceptable from a primary doctor.
