Joan, Dr. Harcus's nurse, is wonderful, friendly, explains, returns calls promptly. Dr. Harcus is nice, but I feel like he is not there for the patient, when he comes in you can tell he wants to leave asap. The receptionist Ann, is very rude, is not helpful at all, talks down. My son had a doctor's appointment and was 7 minutes late and she refused to let us see dr. harcus and canceled the appoint. She doesn't return calls. I would not recommend this physician mainly because of her rudeness and condescending attitude. Also, because when I go to a physician, I want to talk to him not feel like i'm being herded in and out fast.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Doctor and staff are great!
