I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Dr. Horton explained all the risks and benefits of my daughter's treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was very comfortable the entire time. When I called she answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. She is an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in her care. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. If it were not for Dr. Horton, my daughter could have lost her sight. Where other doctor's made excuses, she preferred to look for and provide answers.
