Dr. Kirshner is always friendly,m optimistic and energetic. His medical experience is considerable and usually can guess what's wrong with me before and has a suggested cure before I finish describing my ailment. During the medical interview and exam he is always "present" and focused on me and my medical issues. He's a very likeable fellow and I'm happy to have found such a doctor with expansive medical knowledge and ability.
