Dr. Durran's PA's are awesome! I rarely even seen Dr. Durran's but he really is a nice doctor. This really is a great doctor, but the reason I only give them 2 1/2 stars is because of their HORRIBLE billing department. We were constantly harassed on paying our bill which was even that late. They would call after a day late, literally. So, when I got sick a couple months ago I called in to schedule an appt... they can't find information on me in their system. So, I talked to the billing lady and she said they dropped our family because I didn't pay them a bill and it was sent to collections. I would not ignore a bill for so little, it was 100 bucks! This happened over a couple years ago...Ok....where is the collection bill? I HAVE NEVER SEEN IT! She gave me a number that they sent it to. NO CONNECTION! This really ticks me off. If you don't want to deal with that crap, I would go to a different dr. It is literally horrible. Other people I've talked to that see's them too, have the same problem with them!

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question
