Medical practice is limited to Addiction Medicine and chronic pain. I care for all addiction illnesses and underlying mental health problems. Included in my practice is suboxone/buprenorphine treatment for opiates and Vivitrol for opiates and alcohol among other medicines. I prefer use of Buprenorphine for chronic pain management. I provide relapse prevention counseling at every visit and work closely with your private counselors. I keep my practice small so I can better serve my patients needs. I have extensive experience in addiction medicine including 5 years in correction medicine, 10 years dealing with addictions on Native American Reservations and am the current medical director of Rainbows End Recovery Center. I have a special interest in heroin addiction. I am an active member of of several national and international addiction medicine organizations.

First let me say, I did not visit Dr. Fuller for his Addiction stuff. Setting that aside, there was no staff when I went. The wait area seats were covered in dog hair and I had the worst experience I have ever had; very condescending. I felt like I was disturbing him just by being there. I found no reviews anywhere online, good or bad, just a few years back and oddly, I could not find him listed on the Idaho Physicians Network. When I called to ask why I couldn't find him listed I found it was by Dr. preference..hmm. What I did find is very confusing at best (lots of conflicting info). I just suggesting you do your homework first, whatever you decide.

Very friendly knowledgeable and really took time to listen and made me feel at ease. I enjoyed his calm demeanor and his nice dog in his office. like no doctor I've met and gave me a simple over the counter solution to my woe!
