They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
