The staff has always been curt and without compassion when calling to schedule appointments or picking up prescriptions, but the doctor himself was nice enough. I have been diagnosed with non-hodgkins lymphoma recently, and often cannot drive to the clinic to pick up my prescriptions, so have to have family members pick them up for me and fill them at the pharmacist. The office staff recently informed me that a new office rule means that I will from now on have to arrive in-person to pick up all prescriptions. When I explained that my chemotherapy treatments often prevent me from being able to pick them up myself, the receptionist informed me " I guess you will just have to find a new doctor" Deplorable unwillingness to provide accomodation to their patients.
