This place is a joke.... The Dr.'s are fine however thier office rules are stupid and not right. I owed 35.00 from a bill that was not totally covered by my health insurance and they refused to see my daughter who had a deep raspy cough and running a fever at 4 mnths old until my bill was paid. My daughters have MI Child which as everyone knows is guaranteed paid. So, because my insurance made a mistake my daughter we refused to be seen until it was paid in full. I informed the office that I got paid in 4 days and I would be in that morning to pay the bill off if they could just look at my daughter and they told me NO!!!! I found a better Dr. Office, and when I asked for my 2 daughters medical records they told me it was 30.00 for each file up to 50 pages, then it was would be an extra 5.00 after 50 pages for each file. That is so stupid that they would charge my wife and I for picking up our daughters files. I WILL NEVER SPEND one .01 in that establishment EVER again and I will tell everyone I know how much they care about kids health... that they would risk a 4 mnth old's health for 35.00. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
