I have been a patient of Dr. Thomas Difilippo for almost 12 years. He is thoughtful and always seems to care about whatever may be the current problem. He is also makes sure that you have your ongoing tests scheduled as needed. His office staff is also courteous and friendly. As part of the Hammond Clinic network, I never have to worry about an appointment; if Dr. Difilippo is in and there is room in his schedule, I have been scheduled for a same or next day appointment in cases of acute illness, but there is always the backup of access to equally caring physicians through Hammond Clinic's Immediate Care center and all information and test results are automatically entered into my files with Dr. Difilippo.

I was given a genial greeting when I arrived. It was nice to be acknowledged. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity and it is much appreciated. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The doctor has the most pleasant manner and is genuinely concerned about his patients. He is compassionate and takes the time to answer any question. The nursing staff is exceptional as well, and they always make me feel comfortable.
