They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. She was very slow to admit that my condition was over her head, and then would not give me any referrals. She does not take insurance at all so I feel that she kept me on the hook for as long as she could which was seven months with something like four appointments. So she could get the large amounts of cash I was paying her. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. one person was trying to do everything. It was impossible to get any records sent from her to any other doctor. She flatly refuses. And no one can send her records as she will never fix her fax machine. The single line covers herr home phone, her business phone, and her fax at least. She is snide and unhelpful when you ask for guidance with her protocals between appointments.

I felt very safe in her care, and I definitely trust her. When I arrived for my appointment she was waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. She always dresses professionally and maintains a very professional appearance. She was kind, caring and attentive to me. I was impressed that she knew exactly what was wrong with me and has restored my health. She literally saved my life!! I love that she combines medications with natural products.
