They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. I thought the staff could have been more friendly. I felt somewhat unwelcome. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.
