Dr. Fein froze the wrong spot on my cheek after a biopsy. When I called his office to notify so that he could get the right spot his office staff was rude and hung up on me. I called back asking them to call me back and they never did. I wrote a letter to Dr. Fein asking him to call me personally and he had his office staff call me. I am contemplating my next move regarding Dr. Fein.

The office is nice. Bed-side manner is good. Had a biopsy done and never received a call back on whether or not it was cancerous! When called the office 3 weeks later, I was told "we do so many biopsies that we don't call back on the normal ones". What!!? Not even a card in the mail? Scare someone with cancer and then not bother with letting them know the results? But they do find the time to call you and remind you of your appt...
