Based on my experience at this office I am giving one star, because I can't give zero stars. On my one and only visit to this office, this was the coldest, most impersonal, rushed, uninterested, and unprofessional experience I have ever had at any medical office. I will never return, and I would not recommend to anyone.

IF YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED AND BUTCHERED COME TO THIS CLINIC!!!

I came here with my boyfriend about a year ago...we both wanted a "skin cancer screening" since we are so fare. When you look up the site you expect to meet/see Dr. Glenn Brown, not the case. Both times I went i saw his apprentice with a teenage looking intern. Never even saw G.Brown in the building.

When my bf was seen he expected G. Brown and felt uncomfortable with an apprentice and an intern, both women, when he had questions he wanted answered but didn't feel comfortable talking to women about.
As for my experience, I could've looked my self over in the mirror, checked the internet, and saved myself $40. It was such a half-ass examination and left me feeling violated and scammed. I had a tiny tiny brown freckle on my shoulder and had it removed, just incase.

When it came time to pay it got EVEN weirder...I have insurance, he doesn't. When I called to make the appt. I told them he had NO insurance and wanted to know the cost. The frumpy troll receptionist told me $100 (unless he had a procedure done or some other extra examination besides the "skin cancer screening".) When we were at the counter checking out she wanted him to pay $140+...

"For what?" he said
"Thats the price, for the screening and extra" she said
"What extra? All she did was look at my body and tell me i was fine" my bf said
This argument went on and on until she went in the back, came out and said...
"FINE...this time we'll charge you $100"
Like we were getting a deal or something? He called her out saying what a rip off the whole thing was and how dare them try to charge him more for no reason. She was super pissed and walked away, refusing to deal with us anymore.

We were upset when we left, feeling violated and ripped off but happy to be done with it!

Well,,,3 months later my teeny tiny little freckle that i had removed turned into a mole looking scar the size of a skittle popping of my skin. I called them demanding an appt to fix what they did to me. When I went in she told me that sometimes a keloid occurs on things removed around the chest (never mentioned before). She gave it an injection and said, there all better. Not all better, to this day i have a gross looking skittle sized scar on my shoulder where my cute freckle used to be...wish i NEVER had it removed. (oh and they charged me again)

Bottom line, stay away from this place! They have nasty attitudes, scamming mentality, and unprofessional workers. I cant even believe there in business, and if you read all the other horrible reviews you wont believe it either!!!
