I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Their medixa assistamt was not friendly but obnoxios on the phone. They were too argumentative and angry on the phone. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. The doctor appeared as though he didn.t look at the chart before he saw me. He prescribed generic medication even though he previously prescribed brand name medication, thereby duplicating what I already had. He persisted on justifying the duplication of the medication. Now, a lost patient!
