Dr. Doss was extremely competent and a wonderful doctor. However, his staff is by far the worse I have ever had to deal with. From bringing other patient's into treatment rooms and not call me back regarding medication problems over a 4 month time spam. His staff charged me when I was not even seen at his office and had little regard to their errors. I could not in all honesty continue as his patient with such an incompetent staff.

I went to Dr Doss in July 2012 after a hospital stay in June. The hospital felt I may have had a stroke, migraines or epilepsy after I blacked out. He took me the next day after hearing what had happened, which could make the difference between life & death in my case.

I explained to Dr Doss that I did not pass out but rather blacked out, which made a difference to my condition. He took about an hour & listened to everything I had to say. Instead of stroke that other neurologists & hospital cardiologists thought HE diagnosed the CORRECT ISSUE right away. He did put a halter monitor & sent me for several tests just to be sure. I have since been to 3 hospitals & 17 other specialists,(because of insurance requirements) . After all was said & done,I am now a candidate for neck surgery .Dr Doss's diagnose was accurate from my first visit way back in July!.

I like the staff, feel he had great bedside manners, is very knowledgeable, and most important LISTENS to everything I told him to make the correct diagnose. I recommend him to anyone that may have heart issues!
