Never a second thought, I needed bypass surgery, Dr. Dave explained the procedure to my family and me....went for the heart cath and no chance for stents.......introduced me to Dr. Owen. The cardio dream team..

Dr. Dave' is a wonderful doctor. I would recommend him to anyone seeking care. He answers everything until you fully understand your condition. He takes time in explaining everything to me or my family. His staff is rude and quite lazy, but he makes up for it. He works with anyone on any level when it comes to our care as a patient.

I give him an A++++++ and I give his staff a D-, especially one truly rude and careless one Renee (whom I've spoken with on the phone several times. She never wants to help, and she insists that Dr.Dave's nurse will call back.) Since when did workers insist that only 1 person be able to return calls? It isn't about the job, it should always be about patient care and quality. Also, I even heard the exact words "I HATE MY JOB" on one occasion when the phone hadn't hung up yet. I'm assuming she hates her job beccause I was calling with concerns about my results that I hadn't gotten back in 2 weeks, but insisting that Dr.Dave's nurse Nicole would call me back when she could is a shame.
