I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It pleased me that the doctor was friendly. Some providers are downright rude but this one is very sociable and welcoming. The staff here is very personable and friendly. They try to make all patients feel welcome. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
