They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They were always ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
