Dr. Pasternak has changed my life. I am 53 years old. When I turned 51 I felt old for the first time in my life. But the past few months with Dr. Pasternak have helped me regain the youth I thought I lost. I lost 40 pounds through his Nutrimost weight loss program and through his Chiropractic practice with the help of his wonderful assistants he diagnosed some serious issues with my back that were affecting my overall health. I just want to take this opportunity to thank the staff for the great care I received. They were all friendly, professional and in tune with what I needed to help me recover from my sciatic nerve issue. I especially liked the massage therapy. I cannot think of anyway that my therapy could have been better. I will be continuing to receive maintenance therapy - and would recommend this to therapy to my friends and have already to my family.
