I have been to many chiropractiors in Dutchess county. To count, it's now been 7. I have severe pain and I refuse to go to a doctor to give me controlled substances to take the pain away because I want to fix my problem. But Every one of them, before I went to Dr. Bruno was really sweet and cracked my neck and back making me think they were improving my back, hips and neck pains. They were all super quick visits. No time spent on my spinal problems or even tried to relax my body before they started their procedure cracking my bones. I stopped going for weekly and monthly visits because I was not feeling any positive results and I was paying a decent amount of money to go see these chiropractors. When I tell you it takes me just about an hour to have a visit with Dr. Bruno, that's no lie. I have only been there twice and I have felt such a difference that even a massage can't do or proper workout can't do. The time spent on me is totally and completely worth my money and time to drive there! Like I said, I've only been there twice, my father goes there and has been for a while.. I'm always there for over an hour as well as my father. The knowledge the doctor has is so important and everything him and his receptionist do to relax you, including the massage, ultrasonics and heating pad before he puts everything back where it's suppose to be really helps when he does do the adjustment. Also the time spent on talking about how to stand up straight to how to stretch before you wake up and how to work out is so helpful! I have never found such a wonderful caring place.
