I had attended a couple of group counseling sessions with Vicki Scott. Our initial session seemed to go well but our second session did more damage than good, and I felt that we were in a worse off position than before we ever saw her. I felt as though she lost complete control of the session and wasn't even able to offer any helpful advice at that point. Although I can not vouch for her regarding an individual session, I certainly wouldn't recommend her for a group session, nor would I recommend her at all.

Was trying to set an appointment a week out or so when she told me she had availability the next day at 3pm Tues (it was 4pm Mon)! I told her I would have to get back to her to confirm, and when I did the next day (to say we could not make it due to work) she told us to never call her again!!! Imagine that, I call back to let her know we would not be able to make it (6 business hours later) and that is the treatment we get! How rude! I was doing HER a favor trying to make it to her previously cancelled appointment slot.

How about you tell potential clients your policy that if miss the first appointment that you never want to see them.

RUDE... My time is just as valuable as yours... you should have thanked me for informing you we could not make it - which you knew was a longshot already.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
