I am a post college grad and I recently moved to Butler PA, and when I went to Dr. Paul Tomosovic this is what I was not satisfied with:

1) He is by far not gentle when it comes to cleaning..

2) My next visit, I got a cavity filled and it toke him several times to get the needle in to fully numb me and then seemed like he was rushing through.

3) They DID NOT CHECK MY DENTAL INSURANCE before I got everything done so they made me pay in full once they realized my BC/BS didn't cover most of the procedure. Then, when I paid them every month part of the balance like agreed, THEY SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS ANYWAY!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
