They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The waiting room here is spacious & there are toys for children to play with while you wait. I never feel like it is overcrowded & I have never had to wait very long. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I always feel better on the way out the door. Their prices are very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Dr. Cramer & his staff are extremely friendly. I love this dentist!
