Dr. Joel Wasserman is atrociously inept. Surprisingly.
I had a root-canal, he did a temporary filling and told me to come back the next day. He told me "You can eat anything you want in the meantime." The tooth then cracked horribly. He examined the tooth the next day with a probe and said it looked ok. I then used my finger to pull away the massive fracture. He went "OH!" Then, he had to remove the fracture (which went below the gum), and implant a rod, and put stitches in the gum.
He should have told me to not eat anything hard with the temporary filling.
This is a devious, dishonest man.
His persistent joking in the office is absurd and unprofessional.

Please beware of this dentist. Dr. Joel D Wasserman is a very poor, careless dentist. He lies often, fails to provide simple instructions between appointments when work is being done in steps over time, has caused unnecessary tooth fractures, etc, and jokes persistently even during serious matters. Please beware of this dentist.
