Slipped during an apiectomy and drilled through my sinus. Even as I was bleeding from my nose he did not hint at a problem until a dentist urged me to ask outright. Failed to provide accurate information prior to many painful procedures including extraction, bone graft, multiple antibiotics, a perforated ear drum, and a permanent sinus problem. Throughout the ordeal he remained alarmingly uninformed about the clinical factors involved and cavalier about the importance of learning them.
