I was very disappointed with the whole experience! I waited 2 1/2 hours for my appt. When I had asked the staff if the dentist was running a little behind, they had become snooty with me and told me I had to wait with no estimated time. Their response was: the doctor is very busy and will get to you when he can (with extreme attitude). The dentist left me in the chair for another hour to spend only 10 min. in my mouth. I was told to make another apt up front and had to pay almost $100. While I was making my appointment for 1 month out, the lady next to me got her apt within 2 wks. I may not know a lot of Spanish I do know the calendar days. The women in the back and front are very rude towards people outside their Hispanic culture. They never ask the kids in the waiting room to sit in their seats (instead of climbing all over the place pushing and stepping on the elder people. I feel if you are part of the Hispanic community you will be treated with respect, but if not, scoot over Rosa Parks. I will continue to look for a dental office that will treat everyone the same.

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Not at all; the equipment is dangerous!

No, I told them I wasn't comfortable, but they didn't respond

No, I was on edge

No, their staff isn't organized at all
