Dentist doesn't wear gloves when examining mouth. Didn't order a root canal when I needed one and I unnecessarily suffered extreme pain for 7 days, taking 800 mg of ibuprofen around the clock until I went to see another dentist who did the root canal and solved the problem.

The staff is upbeat and considerate. The dentist herself is an absolute charmer, with a positive attitude and a good deal of knowledge on her chosen profession. They are very upfront about any costs that you might incur, and if they cannot help you, am able to give the contact info of anyone who is. They are very considerate of any pain you might feel on more instrusive procedures (I've gone through a deep cleaning) and are quick to give options when possible. The dentist is committed to saving your teeth and protecting them.

The facility itself, though small, was very clean and neat. There were no smells and both the staff and dentist made sure that their tools were sterilized - often, they came out of a air tight bag, clean and ready for use.

I think my only complaint is that the dentist is very reluctant to prescribe any pain medication or antibiotics for more intrusive procedures. I recently went through a multiple tooth extraction, and was told just to take ibuprofen as needed. By the time I found out I would need something stronger, the office was closed for the weekend. Of course, this reluctance can be a very good thing, as I feel it shows that she takes her responsibilites very seriously.

It's a great little office, and the dentist is awesome. I really recommend it!
