They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Since the first experience I had with the office was the parking situation, I started off on the right foot! The parking was easy to find and available. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. This was the most welcoming acupuncturist I've ever visited. This acupuncturist really takes great care when inserting the needles during treatment.They were so great, I couldn't feel a thing. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They make me feel like I'm their only client.
