They couldn't answer a majority of my questions, which made me doubt their credibility. I left feeling confused and frustrated. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. They were cold and not friendly enough. This acupuncturist doesn't bother much with making clients feel welcome. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up.
