the Dr was very nice and knowledgable. the office staff didn't take the time to understand my insurance before I paid the bill which resulted in a second bill and my glasses were not ordered until the second bill was paid. This was not my mistake and I should not have been the one to suffer and have to wait extra time for my glasses
