I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. In fact, all my family members are visiting this clinic for last 12 Years with out fail.

When I first arrived she asked to see my old pair of glasses. I asked her to please not use them as a guide, because they'd never been right, even though I'd taken them back to my old provider for adjustment several times. I told her in fact that I was pretty frustrated with glasses because no one had ever gotten them right for me. She assured me that she would.
She paid particular attention while the technician was measuring me for the new prescription, and made several suggestions for slight changes. I was astonished when my glasses came in. . . they were perfect!
