I've been coming to Polished Outlook Spa for a good year now and I always try new spa services. I had a lady at a different salon that i was seeing for my hair, one day she got sick and i really needed my hair cut and colored. So i went to Polished Outlook since they also do hair and WOW!! They did such a great job, i mean my hair looks and feels amazing!! The girl that i was with did a very good consultation with me about my hair cut and color, she added just a few highlites on the top and it made such a nice change in my overall look. My haircut was great, my hair has so much more volume now! I am honestly so happy I tried their salon and now will only go there. And for the lady that wrote that awful review: it's not a squirt of conditioner, they actually do a conditioning treatment that includes an aromatherapy hot towel and a really nice scalp massage. And I will pay an extra $5.00 for that any day.....i felt so relaxed!!
If you're looking for a good spa with a great salon please try them, you will love it!

My husband got me a gift certificate from Polished Outlook for my birthday for their Victorian Queen Spa Package which literally pretty much includes everything. I had a chance to try most of their services from hair to nails to facials and massages and I absolutely loved it!! It's a beautiful place with very professional staff and exceptional customer service. I had a great time from check in to check out. They really go an extra mile to make sure their customers are happy. I really enjoyed my facial-my favorite service there. It was so nice and relaxing, my skin was glowing and best of all the lady that did my facial educated me on my skin and how to take care of it at home, how my diet affects my skin and recommended great products that i now currently use. I liked the fact that i never felt pressured to buy anything, she gave me time and privacy to think about everything. I was very pleased with all of my services and will always recommend them to everyone.
