Very unhelpful and unprofessional. Nancy was over an hour late because she "forgot" we had an appointment. In the end after spending an hour and charging $225 she just provided an exact copy of the diet I already ate. She acknowledged at one point that there was not much a change in diet could do to help, yet still had no problem charging her full fee. I would never go to her again and would never recommend her to anyone.
