My food plan has a couple of the foods I like in it, but I wish they had included more. They considered my tastes and lifestyle a little when they made the plan, but not very much. The office was easy enough to find. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They did try to push their own dietary lifestyle choices on me a little bit. It wasn't too aggressive, but I did feel like they wanted me to agree to it. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.

Obviously, I had gone there to come up with a concrete plan of how to effectively lose weight, so yes, I know I'm overweight. This person over and over told me how I needed to lose weight, how I wasn't exercising enough, and that I should only be eating raw fruits and vegetables if I wanted to lose weight and stop looking so "abnormal." She also has literally no interest in the client other than obtaining what she needs to make a "good meal plan." I left there sobbing.
