I would venture to say that while Debra is an affable person, it was more of a one size fits all program whereby the tired photocopies came out and you were simply asked to eat less and the like. No real efforts were made to mitigate hunger and in my humble opinion this is a recipe for failure.

This provider's office is very well staffed. There's always someone to help me right away when I need it. The best part is that the staff is generally very knowledgeable and qualified. I am completely confident that they are entirely devoted to helping me achieve my health goals. They really care about my health and make the extra effort to encourage and support me. They are so nice and extremely friendly. I was able to relax and really enjoy our session. It was very easy to get a convenient appointment right away. They have a very flexible schedule and got me in quickly. I was so happy to have gone to the appointment. It went even better than I hoped for!
I have been on so many programs in my life. I do not think that I
missed one. I was depressed, angry with myself and not able to loose
any of the weight I wanted. Yes, I did have success when I was on
any of the programs, but like all of them, when you go off of them - back
to my old eating habbits and back to my old sad, depressed me.
When I finally called Debra, I was at my end. Never to do this again.
Stay fat and unhappy, Well - Debra has changed my life. I DO NOT
HAVE TO DIET EVER AGAIN. She made me feel good about myself and taught me that I do not have to diet - just eat right. She taught me
this and now I am 47 lbs. lighter and am not on a diet. Just listening
to this wonderful person has changed my life. Thank you Deb.
