Solo Practitioner : Very warm and personable staff ,Mutually agreeable hours from Monday to Friday and few Saturdays. Conveniently Located. 4 miles from Southern state, 2 miles from Sunrise Highway and 1/2 mile south of Atlantic Avenue.
Need physician's office staff to fax last blood test results taken within a year.Thorough evaluation at the first visit for an hour and patient goals are set at the follow up visit after the meal intake is reviewed with the patient. Need to follow step by step procedures to achieve goals..

She is very warm and personable RD. I like being the fact that she is very different than the rest. She thoroughly evaluated me at the initial visit for more than an hour. I had lots of questions and she told me that you don't graduate in a a day since I was looking for all answer at the first visit and she is right. I liked her step by step approach. I had no idea what to expect but I am extremely happy that I chose her and I can't stop recommending my clients to her. She is the BEST. I had no idea what Functional Medicine is ! I did not find anybody with this specialty.She made me feel extremely comfortable and gave me more than sufficient information at the initial visit and follow up visits to absorb the information I needed to make changes which are not easy. i learned to be patient with myself and learned to control anger and stress created by day today's situation. She is very knowledegeable and does a thorough job.

Yes

No. They didn't consider my schedule or the foods I like
