Had to go to him for my CDL 2 year exam. cost me $80.00 and because I had a mild heart attack 15 years ago .I had to have a stress test which my Dr. said I didn't need!! After getting my Dr. and insurance co to agree had the stress test which I passed with no problem. then he would only give me a 1 year physical card. he told me if I come back to him next year I would have to do it all over again which will never happen!! Maybe he should stick to Chiropractic and get out of CDL physicals because he thinks he know more or better then the patents own Dr.
