If you are involved with an auto accident, do not go to this practice. Michael Castor stated " Your bill will be covered by your auto insurance and anything they don't cover will be covered under your health insurance. You will not pay anything" After over 5 months of unsatisfactory treatments, when they realized they have used up all the insurance payment, they discharged me. However, they billed me additional $1500 for their services which they couldn't get paid from insurance and took it out of my settlement without my approval.

I did feel a little less pain after my chiropractic treatment, but nothing major. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed.
