They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed very current and safe. You could tell everything was well taken care of. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
