We have been patients of Jeffrey Hunt, DC, Highland Chiropractic, for a little over 4 years. We were regrettably forced into (through no fault of our own) being involved in two auto collisions over the past 4 years – a hit and run in 2009 and as passengers in a 2011 collision sending us airborne.
Our choice of treatment is alternative medicine. Fortunate for us, we were referred to Dr. Hunt’s office by our massage therapist. In her opinion there were none who could compare to his techniques or the successful outcome of his exceptional care.
There are times when people need and require a little more than just a “traditional” approach. Folks like us who were in notable health distress need extra attention and exceptional expertise so we may better benefit from serious injuries or possible surgery.
Dr. Hunt was once quoted in describing one of his mentors by saying, “His objective was not centered on himself or the promotion of his system, but rather the greater good of the patient”. Dr. Hunt further described his mentor by saying, “on a professional level – he is uncompromising, brilliant and existing on a different intellectual plane”. We firmly believe Dr. Hunt himself exemplifies that type of character on a professional level and yet is so down–to-earth on a personal basis.
His staff is always pleasant and most helpful with various concerns – we feel like family during our visits. They have always gone out of their way to accommodate our schedules. Dr. Hunt encourages questions and takes the time to address our concerns adequately.
In our humble opinion, Dr. Hunt’s office is definitely the destination of choice for numerous patients far and wide who seek exceptional and outstanding chiropractic care. We have encountered numerous folks in his office who have traveled well over 100 miles one way (not just once but some on regularly self-scheduled maintenance programs) to partake of his expertise. We ourselves travel over 120 miles round trip on a regular basis. These types of travel most definitely represent confidence in his individualized techniques and his dedication to rising above the crowd while providing the best comprehensive chiropractic care he can deliver.
We have NEVER been treated with antagonistic personalities or overheard anyone complain about time factors. Each patient is different and requires individual treatment which may at times require additional time to treat. Most individuals understand this and further would want to receive the same consideration.
Furthermore, Dr. Hunt is appointed with special equipment accompanied with the knowledge and experience to be successful in conquering your specific needs. And he is continually upgrading his practice in like manner.
In conjunction with attaining satisfactory results you, the patient, personally make the decision as to when you have attained the ultimate goal in healing. Dr. Hunt has never “pressed” us to what one might refer to as “required” schedules of appointments.
We are so thankful for having been introduced to Dr. Hunt for the comprehensive chiropractic care we necessitate – he truly is a God send for us!

Sorry for you that you will be missing out !!! Jeff might seem a little rushed but will take the time to answer any questions that you may have!!! He has the knowledge and tools to examine you and get the job done!!! What do you expect he has alot of people that need and want his help!!! Sooooo yea more open appointments for us lol. I had constant headaches for 4 years straight I mean 24/7 nothing in conventional medicine that MD's tried did anything !!!! Jeff was a God send for me he had my headaches gone in 2 weeks!!! That was 11 years ago and they have not returned THANK YOU JEFF!!! To keep my spine correct and my health good I might have to see Jeff 2-3 times a year, he is not the type of Dr to tell you to come back in a specified time unless he thinks it will take another visit to make you well !!! If he thinks that you are at the best he can get you to he will tell you come back when you feel like you need to or give it a few days to settle down then if it is not better call me. Jeff is one of a few in this field who practice the way it should be done!!!
