I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They answered all of my questions. They were very responsive and gave me good information. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
