kenneth morton, an ophthalmologist is a

careless and irresponsible health care provider.

gave me an expired sample of eye drops to use for 3 weeks

and asked me to make an appointment after 3 weeks.

i will surely cancel it and will not see him again.

i never cared for the discomforts in the clinic building

but this is not forgivable, so i am providing a second review for the same visit

good, i checked before using them.

building has doors with no handicap-accessible button to open, but doors are not heavy to open.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had known how terrible they were I would have never gone.

kenneth morton,

ophthalmologist is not knowledgable.
front desk person renee and ophthalmologist not honest and very vague

*they said they would give me a copy after entering my information into the system
* but when asked finally, they said they won't give

some how luckily i managed to get a copy of what would be submitted to insurance from ophthalmologist
which front desk person was hesitant to make a copy and tried her best not to give me.

checked after coming home and found that

information given by me was not entered correctly for insurance claims

-gender was left out
- no symptoms shown, which is not true
-diagnosis code was not chosen, instead just some vague text written
- doctor name, only 'morton' used, which is very vague,
there could be multiple people with that last name
- there are quite a bunch of certificates with that last name in that clinic wall
so obviously multiple people in that clinic with that last name
- copied insurance cards, but was not marked as if not done

basically the paper data was very vague

I'm not sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution.
And i I can't always count on them. They didn't help me as I hoped.

I am definitely not going to go out of my way to recommend them to anyone I know after my experience. I definitely don't trust their advice.
