I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. I wasn't overly impressed with them to be honest. They were polite enough, but they never went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and welcome. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax.
