Careful and conscientious. Dr Billstrom went above and beyond to find the source of my problems. Never have to wait. His serums have been effective. His is staff friendly and welcoming. Karen, his billing gal has also gone above and beyond to help me with insurance payments.

I always have a good experience every time I have an appointment here. I'm fairly demanding when it comes to paperwork, and how I have to do insurances, etc., and they're always very accomodating. I've never doubted their abilities. The nurses for shots are great and make it as quick and painless as possible. I feel that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up with me and have gotten to know me as I've been a longstanding patient.
