The staff wasn't friendly at all! They had the rudest attitude. Their equipment was rather old. Most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated something more taken care of. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. This provider makes no effort to get my view on things. I don't think they care at all about my concerns.

The nurse Dr. Reed's wife is very rude and unprofessional. She needs to retire as her bedside manner is gone. Dr. Reed called me a drug seeker and began swearing in the office about a test that he did not finished. He said the test is bull shit and repeating it is bullshit. He insisted that I would be pain free one month after shoulder surgery and neck injury. This is the worst doctor to go to but with worker's comp there are a few doctors to go to. He treated me as if I was a second class citizen with no respect or dignity. I been in the medical field for over 10 years in ICU and have two graduate degrees. There is no reason for the person to talk down to me because he disagreed with me saying I hurt. Avoid this doctor at all cost don't be afraid of this asshole and put him in his place if you have to visit his office. He a doctor not a god.

I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. Every time I go, I have to re-explain who I am and why I'm there. They really should remember me by now. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while.

I went to Dr. Reed for a work related injury and was not at all impressed with his skills. He read my MRI from a paper, suggested a nerve block and gave me Ultram for pain, for someone with a +8 pain level. He will give you his sad story how bad he is and he takes Lortab and gives his patients a less appropriate medication. As a patient I really don’t care about his pain problems, sounds like a segment for Dr. Phil.

Today with a +8 pain level, I was released to full duty and now will get a 2nd opinion, his treatments were worthless, you would think a EMG would have been done for someone with back and leg pain.

I am very dissatisfied and a grade would be a D, at the best.

Do your research, if I had control I would have terminated his lack of services on my 2nd visit.
