Dr Agarwal saw me inpatient at the hospital for severe nosebleeds and clotting. He was amazing! His bedside manner was great as well. I saw his nurse Nicole in the office and the staff was great also. Great DR!

My issue is not with the doctor himself, but the administrative end of the practice. I had two tests done and was to be called when the results came in. I later found out the office got the results the very same day on one test and within 48 hours on the second test. I got no call and had to phone myself asking when I was going to hear from the doctor about the results of which by that time I obtained a copy for myself. Both tests came out with problems on them. Ultimately I was lied to about when they were received. I was told they just received them just now (a lie, they received them 3 days earlier)) and that they would show them to the Doctor right away. I asked if he would call by the end of the day (Friday) and was told no, probably Monday. Monday I did not hear and had to call again at the end of the day. I was told the doctor had left on vacation!!! I did not appreciate this at all.
