Their office was older, yet well organized and clean. They took time making sure it was presentable. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They were professional, yet human and made the whole experience better. They had interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
