Recent Reviews
They didn't refill a recurring prescription for which they required me to come in and be seen. After a week of not having it refilled as promised, I had to call repeatedly to get someone to call me back and actually refill the prescription. I have NEVER seen Dr. Foote, only a nurse practitioner, and I question whether she actually exists. I have never been made to feel that the NP actually is concerned about my physical or emotional well being.

I was impressed that this provider took notice of areas outside of their specialty that might help me.
