I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

I will absolutely return. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff was ready for me as a patient. I've been to other places where I had to wait an extended length of time after I arrived for my scheduled visit, but not here. I was very impressed. They epitomize professionalism with clients as well as staff. I would recommend this office as well as Dr. Asher to anyone who was searching for a neurologic physician.
